Hi, I'm Ilke — the face behind Olivegreen Home.
I've loved vintage for as long as I can remember, and there's nothing I enjoy more than digging through flea markets, garage sales and thrift stores for the most unique finds. Of course, I can't keep everything I fall for — but I do want each piece to find a good home. That's exactly why Olivegreen Home exists.
Every Piece Has a Story
We live in a world that makes so much, so fast — but some things are simply too good to throw away. Every piece in our shop has already lived a life: a decade of dinner parties, a windowsill somewhere, someone's favorite reading lamp. We love giving these little pieces of history a second story, instead of letting them disappear.
When you bring one home, you're not just decorating — you're keeping a small piece of the past alive.
Ecofriendly
Shipping can be a wasteful process, so we do our best to keep our footprint small. We reuse materials whenever we can — old boxes, newspaper, bubble wrap — and choose paper-based alternatives over plastic when the item allows it. Some pieces do need a little extra protection to arrive safely, so bubble wrap isn't always avoidable — but when you do get some, we'd love for you to reuse it too.
