About me
I’m Ilke, the owner and manager of Olivegreen Home.
I’ve loved vintage items for years and enjoy going out to flea markets, garage sales and thrift stores to hunt down the most fun and unique items. I obviously can’t keep all the items that I find but I do want them to go to a good home.
So I created Olivegreen Home.
Unique items
We live in a society where we produce way to much and don’t reuse enough. There are so many treasures out there that tell a story and have survived decades. All pieces of our history that go lost if we do not reuse them. With each purchase you contribute to saving these pieces of history from going to the landfill.
Ecofriendly
Shipping items can be a wasteful process so to limit our impact as a business we try to ship your items with as much reused and sustainable packaging materials as possible. We reuse materials like boxes, old newspapers and bubble plastics. We also try to use paper alternatives to bubble plastics and box fillers if the items allows us. Depending on the item we sometimes do need to use bubble plastics to get your items save to you. Please reuse these packing materials as much as possible.
